When preparing for your medical cannabis appointment, please be aware there are two separate costs involved:

1. Physician Certification Fee: Paid to our office at the time of your visit. This covers your evaluation and certification with Kyle Runnels, M.D.

2. $77.75 – State Card Fee: Paid directly to the State of Florida (via the Department of Health) for your annual medical marijuana card. This fee is required by the state and is separate from the physician visit.

Certifications last 7 months per Florida’s regulation.

Regardless of your appointment type every patient will need to submit their forms.

If you are far from tech savvy (that’s okay!) you may need to book in person appointments so the office staff can assist.

All follow-up appointments are via telephone.
